Successful people may not make the right decisions every time. No one does. Everyone makes mistakes. It can’t be avoided. The difference is that successful people actually MAKE decisions and start moving towards their goals. They let feedback or results guide them to tweak or make changes as they adjust their plans to reach their goals. Action is the only thing that will make a difference in anyone’s business or life. Proactive, small steps are best as you evaluate your journey toward your prize accomplishment. Many people don’t take action due to fear of failure. But, everyone is a failure, so embrace it. We learn so much more from failing than from winning. As you evaluate risk, tell yourself the worst that can happen is that I become a much wiser person after taking this action. Then, take the FIRST step. Dial the first phone number. Knock on the first door. Ask the first person in the grocery line if she would like to know what her home is worth. Promote a small business to your friends for the first time. Schedule your first house warming party. Respond to your first internet lead. Do one or do it all – JUST DO IT! (Then, celebrate your ACTION!)
