Not all the reports are in yet, but we are CRAZY proud of our clients with February closings. February is normally an off month, but take an early season and mix it with hungry, hardworking, and smart agents and huge productivity happens. The Gusty Gulas Group had 23 closings, 4 of those are Christy McDonald’s, The Josh Vernon Group had 9, Jana Woodruff had 7 while ending the month as her office’s #1 agent, Vinnie Alonzo sold 5, Jonathan Thompson had 4, Gia Kendall had 4, Tina Vessels had 3, Manda Lucassen had 3 (and had a 1 week vacay), Jeremy Dobbs had 2, Kathy Gipson had 3, Cathy Hagood had 2, Cassie had 1, Kira Craft had 2, Summer Veitch Glover had 1, Malinda Smiley Smith had 1, Leanne Hughes Carter had 1, Freda Williams had 5, Terry Crutchfield had 4, Ann Allen had 1, Rachel Garrett had 1, Dana Belcher had 3, Bonnie Johnson had 3, and the reports are still coming in….
This strong activity isn’t typical for February. These agents also faced sicknesses and weather conditions. But, they had all pursued listings during our listing challenge throughout January. Our agents got hundreds of new listings during this challenge time. By building their inventory, they were able to secure many contracts and fresh buyer leads for additional sales.
A healthy listing inventory is the foundation for a highly productive business. Many agents aren’t sure how to build a listing inventory or feel very inadequate representing a seller in the market. We support our agents in building their confidence and their skill level. During our 30 day challenge, we gave a free tip every morning at 8 am on where to find a new listing. These agents rose to the challenge and CONQUERED IT for their own sake.
Sometimes all you need is a lot of encouragement, a few ideas to spark a ton of action that leads to a huge rise in income. Proud of these people!
